Our lemon tree produces a TON of lemons every year, so I’ve always have a ton to use up. The lemon season is almost over and the lemons aren’t the greatest right now, so I had to rethink my party punch. Despite the lemons only being for looks in this punch I think my Pineapple Lemonade Punch turned out great.
Only 3 ingredients come together for this kid friendly party punch. Do you make punch for your gatherings? My mom used to make punch for all of our parties. I loved having something special..more than just a juice box or a can of soda. Of course my mom would serve it in a giant punch bowl. I have a giant bunch bowl buried in my closet somewhere, but I bought a drink dispenser from Costco last year and I love it! It’s perfect for all sorts of drinks or even just water. It’s pretty and less messy than a traditional punch bowl. I’m all about less mess. LOL!
This Pineapple Lemonade Punch is very crisp and refreshing… perfect for a baby shower, kids party, or for any reason!
Pineapple Lemonade Punch
This Pineapple Lemonade Punch is very crisp and refreshing… perfect for a baby shower, kids party, or for any reason!
Ingredients
- 2 cups CountryTime Lemonade mix
- 64 oz Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 6 cups Sprite, chilled (about 1/2 a 2 liter bottle)
- 2 cups cold water
- lemon slices and ice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a large punch bowl. Add lemon slices and ice. Serve!
Notes
*Make sure all the liquids are cold before assembling the punch. This way, less ice is needed and the punch won't get watered down.
Other option would be to freeze pineapple juice (in ice cube trays or in a large block) and add those to the punch bowl instead of the regular ice.

I follwed the recipe but made it for adults by adding pineapple vodka. It was just enough to get a slight buzz without being sloppy.

Love this stuff too! For mom who won’t drink lemon-lime soda, I use grapefruit SQUIRT or grapefruit/lime 50-50 [diet or regular] VERY Refreshing!!

REALLY Would like to know how much this recipe makes? Gallon, more? Making at least 6-8 gallons of it to bring to graduation, easier to keep in containers and fill dispensers as needed.
Wendy O'Neal says
I would say probably around 2 gallons. What a fun graduation treat! w-

I am planning to make this punch next week for my mother’s 75th birthday celebration. I have a question about the lemon-lime soda. My mother will not drink any type of lemon-lime soda because it reminds her of Colyte (the stuff you have to drink for a colonoscopy prep). Anyway, do you think gingerale or sparkling water can be used as a substitute?
Wendy O'Neal says
Hi Sonja. I would think club soda would work. Although you might need to adjust the other ingredients a bit to get the right sweetness and amount of flavor.
However, she might not even notice the soda flavor mixed in with the lemonade.
Let me know how it turns out.

I’m so excited to make this for my sister’s baby shower! How much does your recipe make?
Whitney says
Is the country time lemonade mix the kind that you buy in the frozen can? Or is it a powder? Thanks!
Wendy O'Neal says
I used the powdered stuff. 🙂
Whitney says
Did it turn out well with the powder?
Whitney says
Never mind. Just saw that you’re the author of this recipe. So of course it ironed out well! Haha! Thanks!
Christina says
Is it already prepared or just 2 cups of the powder?
Wendy O'Neal says
Hi Christina…it’s just 2 cups of the powder (unmixed). Enjoy w-

Question – I have the same dispensers. Do you double the quantity to fill it? Needing to know exactly how much of the ingredients to buy to get a full container. Suggestions…?
