Fresh, Healthy, & Easy Fruit Popsicles are sure to make MOMS and KIDS smile this summer!
I am continuing to share yummy popsicle recipes with y’all this summer to help keep you cool. We have had so much fun testing out recipes and the kids are going crazy over all the cute popsicle molds. And I’ve totally got ya covered, if you are looking for even more healthy popsicle recipes.
Here in Arizona, it is pretty common to see paletas sold in the summer months. They are a version of ice pops and many times will be made with simply fresh juices and little bits of fruit mixed in. Fruit popsicles are pretty easy to make at home. With a little simple syrup and fresh fruit you can treat your kids (or yourself) to my refreshing take on easy fruit popsicles. I have come up with three delicious variations for you to try.
Even though I only show three different versions you can easily swap the fruit out for your favorite summer fruit and it will work perfectly! These are so versatile and you won’t feel bad letting your kids eat these super easy and healthy popsicles!
I was even the cool mom last week because I let the kids have one for breakfast. There is less sugar in one of these then in pancakes, doughnuts, or flavored yogurt..so why not?!?! You should be the cool mom too and make up a whole bunch of these and then let the kids have one for breakfast. Or you could get up early and secretly eat one for your own breakfast and not tell anyone.
