It’s finally cooling off here Phoenix, today was only about 50F. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah…I don’t want to hear it. For us desert dwellers, anything below 70 is cold. Yes, I pull out my big comfy sweaters when for anything 70 and below. What I love on a cold winter day is a huge mug of hot cocoa and every so often, I turn it into my easy version of “Mexican” hot cocoa. Desserts with a spicy and sweet combination are so delicious!
As a matter of fact, this easy fudge recipe is the perfect dessert to serve for Cinco de Mayo! Imagine a spicy Mexican dinner, complimented with a margarita and a couple of pieces of smooth fudge for dessert. Hello, delicious!
