Nothing is faster, than fresh TRIPLE BERRY SMOOTHIES on busy morning! Just throw it all in the blender and breakfast is served!
Most of the time, I just throw a bunch of stuff in blender and hope for the best. And usually my smoothies go over well with the kids…but this particular smoothie is probably one of my kids top 5 favorite smoothies.
Now, you need to know…..I’m a super sneaky mom. There is a couple handfuls of kale thrown into this smoothie and the kids have no clue! No clue at all. I do occasionally add a tablespoon or so of agave syrup if the berries aren’t super sweet so that I can hid that earthy kale flavor. But I’d say more often than not I don’t have to add the agave. The reason the kale works well in this smoothie is because the berries turn the smoothie a super dark purple that it hides the green kale perfectly.

Oh My Goodness, I gotta try this Triple Berry Smoothie. I’ve been trying to add blue and red berries AND greens to my diet, as well as nuts for protein. This sound perfect for me to get in all the nutrition And taste great at the same time. My 11 year old grandDaughter is a picky eater, so we’ve been trying new nutritious, but tasty foods to help her stay healthy. This might just be a Keeper for her, too. 🙂 Thanks for the recipe!!!
