Got a busy morning ahead? Get ready the night before with this easy Slow Cooker Orange Cranberry Oatmeal and wake up to a healthy breakfast waiting for you.
One of my favorite flavor winter combos is cranberry and orange…I’ve turned it into cookies and fudge, but this warm overnight oatmeal is one of my favorites for sure.
My slow cooker is my secret kitchen weapon! I use it all the time. In fact, I’ve had several going at the same time on more than one occasion. However, it’s underutilized as a breakfast cooker….until today.
Oatmeal is a great choice for breakfast and gets me started on making healthier choices during the day. Using my slow cooker to always have something ready and waiting for me is a must when I’m trying to watch my waistline. Otherwise, I’m tempted to grab something quick and not as healthy, like a sugar loaded donut or muffin when I’m out taking the kids to school or running errands.
I love using SPLENDA® Sweetener Products since it’s such an easy swap for traditional sugar. Check out all my recipes using a SPLENDA® Sweetener Product.
