Make these Keto Valentine’s Shooter Desserts for your Valentine this year! They are so decadent with cream cheese, heavy cream, strawberries, and a splash of vanilla.
KETO VALENTINE’S SHOOTER DESSERTS
These strawberry cheesecake Valentine dessert shooters will be the easiest dessert you make this year. This dessert is keto friendly, sugar free, low carb, gluten free, and diabetic friendly (but you can use traditional white sugar if you prefer). Just a 6 simple ingredients and a couple hours (mostly chill time) are all you need. You could even throw these together in the afternoon on Valentine’s Day for a last minute dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- Cream Cheese
- Strawberries
- Vanilla extract (I love to make my own vanilla)
- Heavy whipping cream
- Sugar free whipped cream
- Confectioners sugar substitute (I like this one)
- Sugar free sprinkles (or Valentine’s sprinkles of choice)
- Shooter glasses
How to Make This Keto Dessert
- Place the heavy whipping cream and sugar substitute into a mixing bowl and blend until stiff peaks have formed.
- Add the strawberries, cream cheese, and vanilla to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
- Fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pipe the mixture into shot glasses.
- Top with sugar free whipped cream and Valentine’s sprinkles before serving.
How to Make Homemade Vanilla
I love making my own vanilla which really takes this recipe up a notch; however, I’m sure you don’t want to wait a year for your vanilla before making this simple Christmas dessert. But I still wanted to share how easy it is to make your own.
CAN THESE KETO VALENTINE’S SHOOTER DESSERTS BE MADE IN ADVANCE?
Absolutely! These desserts can be a few days in advance, but can also be a great last minute dessert to throw together. Just leave the whipped topping off the top until ready to serve, then garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles of choice.
CAN YOU MAKE DESSERTS WITH REGULAR SUGAR?
Of course. You can of course use traditional white sugar in this recipe. It’s delicious and I’ve done it several times.
