Can I be honest with you? I’m gonna sound a bit vain, but I’m totally in love with this pasta dish I made. I think I ate it for three days straight…yep…it was that good. I’ve been seeing a lot about the clean eating movement and did some quick research and realized I pretty much already do it by cooking mostly from scratch. YEAH for me. So if it’s one of your goals then this recipe will be perfect for you. If not, you will still totally love it too! Clean Eating: Quick & Healthy Baked Ziti is really just comfort food!
This year, I’ve teamed up with 11 other fabulous women for 12 posts that will each revolve around one central theme for the month. And each recipe or project will have 12 ingredients/supplies or less. Here’s what you need to know:
12 bloggers

12 themes
12 ingredients or less for each post
Don’t all those recipes look amazing! Make sure to keep reading after my recipe to get all the links for these amazing dishes. All of them are quick, easy, healthy, and each one has less than 12 ingredients! Which one will you make first? {Hopefully, mine…lol!}
So, you might have noticed that there really isn’t ziti in my bowl. It’s curly pasta, but it just doesn’t have the same ring to it has baked ziti does. I’ve made this with ziti and planned to make it for you that way…BUT….the store was out of my gluten free ziti, so I grabbed these noodles instead. They are my favorite and I stock up on them from amazon and buy it in bulk to keep on hand.

Makes about 8 servings. 🙂

I’ve never noticed herb goat cheese. I’ll look but if all I can find is plain do you have any suggestions of what to add to keep the right flavour?
Wendy O'Neal says
I would just add a tsp or so of an Italian herb blend if you can’t find the herb goat cheese. I bet you can find it though. 🙂
