So, make up a batch of these muffins… eat one for breakfast or dessert and then freeze the rest for another day. A little chocolate chip muffin is always a good thing and the best part is that I’m able to enjoy it without worrying that I’m going to break my diet.
Keto Chocolate Chip Muffins with Almond Flour
Ingredients Needed for this Recipe
- Cookies & Cream Keto Chow
- almond flour
- egg
- baking powder
- vanilla
- heavy whipping cream
- sugar free milk chocolate chips (I like these)
My Keto Chocolate Chip Muffin recipe is light and fluffy just like traditional muffins, but without all the sugar and flours. The sweetness mostly comes from the sugar free milk chocolate chips, so this isn’t an overly sweet breakfast or snack. Just a delicious muffin that everyone will love.
If you are new to Keto or Keto Chow…Keto Chow is a meal replacement shake and the main product that helped me lose over 80lbs in a year. You can buy it on Amazon or directly from their site. It’s not an MLM…just a great company that I’ve bought since day 1 of my keto journey. I’m sipping on an Chocolate Mint shake as I write this post.
