These Mango Mint Mojitos are a refreshing blend of mango, mint, lime, and rum.
Imagine sitting by the pool or a backyard BBQ with friends, sipping on one {okay two} of these refreshing mixed drinks. In fact, you should probably 10x the recipe and just make a pitcher. These are gonna go fast!
These are best with fresh, in season, mangoes. However, if it’s off season and you’re craving a taste of summer, then try frozen mangoes or canned mango juice (just make sure it’s real mango juice and not filled with a bunch of other ingredients or sugar). I used fresh mint from my garden, which grows like crazy every summer. If you don’t have your own, then buy a pack or two from the produce section at the grocery store.

That really looks like a big, cool glass of Summer, lol. I’m not much for booze, but something like this I can go for…maybe it’s because of the fruity taste?
