I made your Easy Chocolate Fudge without evaporated milk or sweetened condensed milk. It didn’t set up even though my candy thermometer was at 237 degrees F. I tossed it into the refrigerator after it had cooled; my husband found it, and said, “What great chocolate sauce for vanilla ice cream!” And it was. But I wanted fudge. I re-boiled the fudge and didn’t use the thermometer, but I did the soft ball in cold water test and followed the instructions to the letter. Stirred it and stirred it and stirred it some more just until it lost its sheen, and poured it into my prepared pan. Voila! Real chocolate fudge! Delicious! Thank you for the recipe. It now resides in my favorite recipe notebook.
